NO Stomach Distress: Unlike other "Low Carb" products on the market, Ideal Food products use NO glutens or sugar alcohols. Only sucralose - SplendaTM - made from natural sugar, is used in all our formulas. You will experience no stomach distress (gas, bloating or laxative effects).
Directions: Mix 2 scoops of Ideal PancakesTM with
4 oz. water. Whisk until smooth and thickened.
Let stand for 2 minutes. Pour batter onto griddle
and cook at 350 degrees.(Or use non-stick pan on
stovetop at low-medium heat). Cook each side until
golden brown. Add syrup, if desired; however, tastes
great without syrup. Can also be used as a waffle
mix.
Serving Suggestions: Add cinnamon, nutmeg or other
spices to taste. Serve with all-natural applesauce
as a topping.
